Suzanne Lazicki helps investors, entrepreneurs, and developers prepare credible, feasible business plans for EB-5, E-2, and L-1A applications.  

Since founding Lucid Professional Writing in 2010, Suzanne has prepared hundreds of business plans across industries, including retail, hospitality, manufacturing, healthcare, real estate development, and professional services.

Her methodology prioritizes upfront strategy, objective evidence, regulatory compliance, and real-world viability. Before drafting begins, Suzanne works with clients to evaluate the proposed business, assess its fit with current immigration requirements, and address potential vulnerabilities. Drawing on an extensive library of business resources, she assists clients in assembling the third-party data required to support credibility. She supports feasibility analysis based on over a decade of working with business plans from inception through implementation. In helping to navigate cross-border business and immigration challenges, she is motivated by personal experience living and working abroad in China and West Africa prior to founding Lucid.

Suzanne has regularly been named a Top EB-5 Business Plan Writer by EB5 Investors Magazine since 2016. She authored the EB-5 business plan chapter of AILA’s Immigration Options for Investors & Entrepreneurs (4th edition). She is known as a thought leader for immigrant investment through her writing at blog.lucidtext.com — a widely read source for EB-5 data and policy analysis. She serves on the Advisory Board of the American Immigrant Investors Association and is an active member of the IIUSA Public Policy Committee.

Suzanne holds a BA in English from Seattle Pacific University, an MBA from Weber State University, and a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst certification from the Corporate Finance Institute.
